We live on the road and travel at home, we live in stories and songs, and with time we form as homes for stray stories and songs. We keep coming together and falling apart, shrinking and expanding, we run, stumble, stop, hesitate, and find ourselves running again.

The performance “The Near The Far. House and Home”  by a group of six friends, storytellers and musicians is a dedication to the houses and dwellings that have wandered into the backyard of The Shake Down, as a reminder that we might never meet again like this. The gates of this world open up to be closed again and what happened today will be remembered by no one but You.
